Jeudi dernier, j’ai fait faire une lash lift, durant ce soins, mon esthéticienne a quitté la salle durant de nombreuses minutes (15 mins) j’ai eu le produit dans un de mes oeil. J’étais laissé à moi même et la douleur était insoutenable. J’ai tout de même quitté les lieux considérant que la douleur allait s’estomper et cela n’a pas été le cas. J’ai eu une brûlure à l’œil, très visible de loin. De plus, mes cils ont commencés à friser dès le lendemain. Après 48h le samedi, j’ai décidé d’appliquer du mascara pour tenter de les redresser et sans succès. J’ai donc payé 80$ pour une brûlure à l’œil et des cils frisés. L’on m’a refusé un remboursement mentionnant que la quantité de médicaments pourrait avoir causés des désagréments. L’or de la brûlure, on a comparé ma douleur à du shampoing dans les yeux, or le rouge dans mon œil est très visible et très douloureux! Donc je ne référerais plus cette esthéticienne.
